Default 1995 Hellrot Red I or II

Hey guys I am new here. I am in the market for a ti and I was wondering if the 1995's were Hellrot red 1 or 2. The reason that I ask is that the 1995 M3's were 1 and there are horrible problems with the paint because, if my understanding is correct, there is no clear coat. Well thanks for the help. Oh and if this is in the wrong forum, I am sorry and you may forward it to where it needs to go.

The color is simply Hellrot. There were no problems AFAIK.

Word up? What's that?
When I got my ti a few years ago it was lowered by almost 2 inches.
Some kid pulls up next to me and says, that car is tight.
I asked him, that's good, right?

Hellrot (bright red) has no clear coat. In my opinion that is better. You do have to wax it but the paint is generally more durable and will last longer (if you wax clearcoat it will last longer too). Clear coat is just clear paint that keeps the base paint from looking faded. If you don't wax clear coat, it will look terrible after about 10 years+/- depending on where you live.

Clear coat is more beneficial to metallic colors anyway. Solid colors are much more frequently available without clearcoat, as they are generally more durable. The reason clear coats are popular is because people are lazy and don't like to wax their vehicles. This causes them to fade. With clear coat you can go like 10 years without your vehicle fading (much, it will still look dull) without waxing.

i dont even know what i want to buy...but im just stockpiling all my money...i had about 200 or so dollars so far but then i had to take my girlfriend out to see some movie 'wimbledon'...its a 'romantic comedy'...it was hmm good! so now im short about 20 bucks

Let's not drift too fair on this thread, but . . .
I'm not sure what springs were in there. Yes, were.
I took them out and used 323ti springs. The car was too low as a daily driver.
Those springs will go back into the car eventually.

I have been recommended to go with the H&R Cup Kit. I think that is what it's called.
