How many miles on the sunroof motor???? I think mine is about to go out and could use something better. __________________

Could you open up your sunroof motor and take a pic? My cali top motor has a stripped gear that I'm trying to manufacture myself but it would be easier if it's got a similar gearing system. Possibly stupid question, what's the easiest/quickest way to determine whether or not that chip will work in my car?
