How common is it for the brackets on the frame that the front sway bar secures to to rust away? I'm actually getting mine fixed today, finally! I have the old one cut off and the new one will be welded on. See pictures. It is a weird thing to happen. My other side is perfectly fine, and no rust anywhere else on the car.
