tire rack lists offset for the Z4 at 40 in the front, 45 in the back, I think if you get 4 fronts they should fit fine

The offset on the wheels is ET47. They are 16x7. The ti sport wheels are 16x7 ET46. I am sure you will be fine with those wheels. Just run whatever tire the stock sport wheels use.
