Showed up for a tech meet at Garik's house where I was to swap out youngnikolai's A/C compressor. We had about 6 Ti's show up and parking was limited. There was an empty trash can up against the curb across the street. Bobbak showed up and needed a place to park so I moved the trash can about 6 feet forward so he'd have enough room to park. An hour or so later, I'm under Nikolai's car when I hear this guy yelling at Garik and some of the other members. This goes on for a few minutes and I catch that he doesn't want people parking in front of his house. He goes on and on about how someone moved his property and he's pissed. I climb out from under the car and tell him I moved the trash can and neither the street or the trash can was "his property". We end up face to face in the middle of the street where I called him out on being a tough guy and a bully towards youngsters, perhaps he'd like to use that tone towards me. His tone obviously changed, but he continued to be argumentative. At that point, his kid was standing in his yard watching and his dog was running around. Finally in a calm voice I told him to be the bigger man and go inside before he embarrasses himself in front of his family. That guy was a chump. He seen the opportunity to play tough guy in front of a bunch of kids and when confronted he got scared and started stuttering Bobbak moved his car, but seriously, it was a public street and the trash can had "property of" the city or trash company(can't remember) printed on it LMK if he gives you anymore hassles Garik | | | 10-09-2009, 08:57 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: G-dale, California Posts: 1,698 | Quote: Originally Posted by lazoh And do not forget how he kept on grounding himself!
