Default Journal of my car

This is the full story of my car from start to hummmm well where it is now anyway

This was my first car and my first bmw its where it all started for me

Needed something a little more me though
So treated myself to a 318ti Sport Compact in individual colour Fashion Red 2
wasnt really looking for another bmw if im honest let alone a compact (wanted a fto )
wouldnt swap it for any FTO now.

Cost me £2,900 all the way up in durham, It has 72,000 miles
As i bought her

First thing i did was swap my wheels from my old car

She also got some black grills, one of my chrome ones was cracked

Changed the front speakers

Moved my ipod and and headunit across from the loon,
ipod fits snug in the glovebox and runs through the headunit, no need to touch it

fitted some angels Gen7's

Fitted a lip and had to return to the retro wheels others were buggered

Later on I fitted these

After quite some time with these they are pretty pants

My car now sits very low and looks ace but im having great trouble over speedbumps, need to get something else soon

Next i got some new wheels
Spotted these on ebay in bad baddd need of refurb and they only cost me £80 including tyres,
The refurb only cost me just over 200 and this is the result

M3 Mirrors and black and white badges all round

Personalised plate (suppose to read like Miss KTK)

I know people who would kill for cloth vaders since they're kinda rare on this end of town. You should trade someone with a set of regular vaders instead of removing that pair from circulation.

No kidding, please don't re-cover those seats, they are worth a fortune over here with the m-cloth.

i agree katie, they are fugly but worth 10000 more than if you get them covered in pinl leather

cut a good deal with one of the boys stateside, then get on to FAB / fritz bitz / beemer redeemer for some replacement items,

you couldnt go wrong if you ask me girl

I didnt get the leather because it would have cost me 10x more than the bargin I got on the cloth

Would also be a nightmare to post these seats anywhere

Perhaps if you could have the shop save the current cloth when they re-cover the seats, and then you could sell the cloth to someone who has the same seats?

Sure, it would be more work for the shop, but you'd still make some money from the sale.

Good & Plenty, Good & Plenty, Good & Plenty

Seriously, very nicely done. The interior looks top notch, and the car is in great shape.
