Thanks man, I really like them too. They are 16x8, et 23. They are style 5's from an e38. Thinking either 205/45 16 or 205/50 16, but probably the 205/45.

It will certainly handle better on those LTW's compared to those 19's...

I didn't do anything to the ti today except drive it... right by the site of one of the Zodiac killings... Proof:

IMAG0191

I did however do this to the Touring...

50 series are too tall man. I think the 205 45's would be much better.
but everyones open to their own opinion. I think your going to be more than happy no matter what you do because your new wheels are wicked.

have fun man.

on a 16" I wouldn't run a 45 series, it would just be too small for the car, go with the 50 series

Pret-teh!!! Is the black car wearing Kumho's? I can't be sure from the sidewall, but the tread pattern looks a lot like the Kumho's on my car. If they are... how do you like them?

A couple days late, but on Friday I replaced a couple of the bushings in the shifter linkage and put a new selector input shaft seal in the transmission. I also refilled with Red Line MTL and put Red Line 75w90 in the diff. I hate the smell of that stuff. It's bad when it's new, but when it's used it smells like Satan's ass crack.

They are Kumho ASXs. For a all season tire they work great. I wouldn't go canyon carving or autocross on them but for everyday rain or shine driving they get the job done.

Got all four LTW rims mounted on red 318ti, its currently getting an alignment (hopefully nothing in the rear is bent, or in the front that I didn't replace). WolferJ I'll be at that target again this Wednesday, prolly bring the red car if the alignment goes well, so you can check it out if you have time. I should come over some time so you can tech me how to love my leather, not a big fan of that years of 5 series, but you're doin a nice job with yours so far! Should be a great cruiser / long trip car! My red car needs some wireing to get its heated seats working, and my cruise control isn't working yet, AND the A/C button doesn't seem to fire the compressor... but the A/C works if I jump the clutch with 12 volts. so still some to do, but its drivable, if a bit scary / bottomy outty.... I also threw the roof rack on the red car for safe keeping
