Default K&N air filters

I'm looking into one and am looking at both the normal K&N Airfilter http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/de...K33332733.html

and the more souped up one:
http://www.mileagepros.com/products/...um=57-0206.php

I was wondering if anyone has either of these and how much horsepower each puts out. Cannot find it anywhere. Which is a better value for your money?
Thanks! I would have put it in the air intake forum but nobody seems to post there.

Horsepower?
I don't think a drop in will do anything except decrease hp.

A CAI is good for the sound, nothing else.
Oh wait, it's not a cold air intake.

You are better off fogging the intake box.

And moved to the correct section.

I'd just make my own intake. All you need is a cone air filter, a 3" aluminum pipe, 1 coupler, and 2 clamps. Probably only spend $20 or less. And it really doesn't add horsepower. Though it does give the ti a really nice sound, instead of the stock electric car sound.

Just say no to hot air intakes...

If you want to make noise and go slow get an ice cream truck.
