Default A new toy... Direct Lift Pro Park 9 Plus

I picked this up a couple of weeks ago after being stuck in the planning stages for a year. My wife finally ordered it to shut me up. I had a pretty specific list of requirements covering mobility, safety, and versatility. I had to be able to move it around. It will stay outside, under cover, and will be moved around as needed for various jobs. It is ALI/ETL certified and has some fairly idiot proof safety features. And I can lift any of my cars from the ti to the M5 to the big 2500HD crew cab Silverado.

Default Nice!

Nice lift man! No matter what I'm going to have one or a couple when I settle into a home someday. Actually lets be honest any home I'm in is going to have either detached garage / barn with a lift or two or a good sized attached garage. It makes life so much easier. I currently use my buddy's when I can but he isn't always home and sometimes I'm that third wheel when he's home with his gf in the house and I'm out in the garage wrenching away.

I've been looking at some portable ones or even anything better than a racing jack and jack stands but I've decided it just won't happen until I'm a home owner. The one you have looks great though.

There was a time in my youth all the car stuff was done on a sloped driveway and that was fancy compared to the apartment parking lot. One of the things driving this buy is that it's getting harder to get up and down under the car as I get older. I still have a few years of wrenching enjoyment now.
