bought it from ddm. with the lower lip splitters not installed yet and twisties for the sides.

You can get it all in a kit from ebay. I bought a kit a few years ago (Depo) and had all of the hardware (except #9), the kit cost me somewhere around $50 bucks. I'm happy with the lights, decent quality and pretty inexpensive.

Here is a good example $65 dollars on ebay (it has everything shown in figure above except #9):

I called up DDM on friday, the guy I spoke to said that their shipment is currently held up at customs..they're looking to it being released in the next week or so..
