Default Rear Bushings Suggestions

I am looking to replace the bushings on the rear of the ti. Last year I replaced the front control arms and LCB (bavauto urethane), installed new struts, shocks, and coils. Long with the bushings I am installing a Z3 rear sway, a 318 sport front sway, and a sparco strut brace. The car is a daily driver and autocrossed. With all of this in mind which bushings (material and manufacture) do you recommend. Thanks for your help

Default bushings

The Ireland ones are great for the track.. Not so good for street. They really add alot of vibration to the feel of the car.. You also will want to replace the trailing arm busings, since youll have the rear subframe out. These can be the solid material and still be used on the street.

There is a company that makes solid rubber ones.( Ive seen them out on Ebay.) They may be more suitable for street. Yet better than stock.

I used Ireland Engineering Street for the subframe (really made a nice difference). I haven't done the RTAB's yet since generally they don't fail until a high level of miles...not to mention they are a pain to do. I will more than likely go with OEM on those.
