I had a compression test done on my M42 '95 318ti a while back after the plastic water pump impellar expoded and the car stareted to overheat. The readings were 215 exactly for each cylinder. I don't know above what number is acceptable, but I'm pretty sure the readings should be within a few percentage points of each other. __________________
