I'll post pics soon, but in the mean time, I'm getting my laundry list together for my future project, which will include M3 front suspension, rear suspension from MZ3...MM engine or swap, etc... In the mean time, current setup includes aftermarket HU, I believe it’s an eclipse. Rear speakers are shot and front need improvement. I do not see an amp anywhere in the car. Looking for ideas....Thoughts on the following: - CD 43 to replace current HU. I want OEM look - iPOD connectivity (DICE, etc...) - Clarity, punch, but also trying to save what little hearing I have left Did a search but didn’t come up with much. Any help will be greatly appreciated....Cheers! | | | 06-23-2009, 05:17 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Jax, FL Posts: 541 | working on it....Appreciate the quick response | | | 06-23-2009, 05:56 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: Bend, OR Posts: 237 | I'm not sure about the other things, but if you're looking for the amp it should be behind the drivers side rear tire. Just put your back seat down and remove the felt stuff if you want to get to it. | | | 08-21-2009, 08:53 PM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Jax, FL Posts: 541 | Update... http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1255514 Sorry, I had to copy a post from the "other" forum Eventually I'll figure out how to post some photos.
