So my steering rack is pretty much done for at 120k miles. I researched my options and I'm looking to upgrade to the Z3 rack due to the better lock to lock steering ratio.
After much searching, I dug up this thread:

I'm trying to find the cheapest remanufactured Z3 steering rack. So far the cheapest I've found is at
http://www.carsteering.com/addtocart...80-00224.html#. I contacted them and they said that this is neither a Maval or a ZF remanufactured rack -- they remanfacture their own racks. He said they would only give me $50 for my old steering rack
I want to replace the motor mounts while I'm down there too. Any recommendations on what kind and where to purchase them?
Thanks!
