Default low mile z3 exhaust

Has anyone fitted a z3 exhaust to their ti?

I have a line on a low mile OEM cat back from a 1.9L z3 for stupid cheap and even though I don't need one now I know I will soon enough since mine is the original '97 exhaust.
TIA

Default It fits but its not bolt on...

So I bought it last Jan. anyway since it looked sooo very similar (and was $30).
It is physically about 4" too short. The secondary muffler/resonator and the under-rear-suspension-crimp dimensions and hangers are identical to the ti.
So I had my guy cut/flare and weld the pipe about 5" behind the connection flanges behind the cat-converter (which were horribly rusted & a PITA but replaced the hardware anyway)and plumbed it up. Its great, maybe just a pinch deeper note then the 15 year old rotted OEM ti muffler it replaced (and obviously quieter). The flattened oval tip from the Z3 fits the non-M TECKNIK rear bumper w/o modification w/ ~3/8" clearance. No vibration or rattle so far!
