m44b19 tappets and overreving. ive got a m44b19 that has m47 crank, shrich cams, and its limited to 7,000. Ive had number 1 valve problems and ive just found out what it was! The hydrolic lifter had broken, the little ring inside had moved into the oil way on some and jammed another. Is that usual? Ive taken all the clips out and the lifters seem to be all moving freely again. I just wondered if anyone else had this problem? Also can you get a 78mm headgasket for them ? Im wondering about s54b32 pistons in another block i have? thanks |
