hello all, i have been looking for somthing powerful and rwd for a while now..a friend very kindly slid his mint m3 e36 3l into a tree a while ago,so i have bought a compact 1.6 and the m3's running gear, suspension and brakes...the convertion begins in the morning...

welcome, there's a member on here who goes by "J!m," he sells an excellent manual to guide you through swapping an engine, I believe it focuses on LHD cars so there may be a few differences but overall I'd recommend picking one up

many thanks for your replies...i have done a few bmw conversions and im not expecting any big hastle's.....

hears a few pics of a m5 e28 engine into an e30....
