Default Power Window repair

Just wondering if anyone has gone thru this, maybe they can give me some insight...My driverside power window all of a sudden just went, first it got stuck open, but I managed to get it closed. I opened the door panel to see what caused it and it was a small plastic device, broke on one side, that secures one of the metal arms (which got slightly bent in the process of getting the window back up) that raises and lowers the window. What am I looking at for repairs? Any feedback would be helpful, thanks guys and gals.

This is pretty common in the winter.
