Default Street/Mild track suspension

I am looking for suspension upgrades. I am thinking that I either want to run H&R Race springs on Bilstein Sports, H&R Coil-overs, or KW Variant 2 Coil-overs. Should I replace things like tie-rods, and bushings while I am at it?

Thanks

I'd replace the bushings if they are worn. I went with 95 M3 controls arms and solid bushings. Also replaced the stablizer links while in there because the rubber was cracking. Don't know what suspension to suggest. A friend of mine liked the H&R Cup Kit but I don't know if it is available anymore.
