Default Soon to be New 318ti owner

Hi everybody,

As my title states I hope to be a 318ti owner soon. I have owned several e30s and currently have an e30M3 that I don't get to track often enough. I do all the work on my own cars. I am looking to buy a 318ti because I need a much more fuel efficient car now that I need to drive 50+ miles per day. I am going to be looking at one tomorrow and I was wondering what to look for in perticular since I have never looked at this engine or chasis before. I promise to do searching in the future before posting a question. This is the car http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sgv/car/329094666.html

Thank you all in advance.
Arpa
