Hey guys I have a 97 318 ti that I am parting out. I bought the car back in Sep, had a new windshield put in, and then my brother proceeded to run it into a Jersey barrier. Registration expired/lapsed in Mar 2016. I did not transfer the title into my name, I do have the signed title in hand. Now that the legalities are out of the way on to the car. The car is located in Napa, CA.

It's a 1997 318ti with 5 speed transmission, the car has 304,xxx+ miles on it (probably more will update when i move it). I am at minimum the 4th owner. The car runs and drives, but has damage to the frame (a local body shop gave me an estimate of around $1,000 to straighten). Currently having trouble uploading pics, but will email upon request. I was going to keep the car and fix her, but time isn't allowing that.

Willing to work with prices and shipping.

What color interiors? Do the rear seats have headrests? Also, does it have the trunk shelf cover? Thanks in advance.

It's the Grey cloth interior. If memory serves correct it does not have rear head rests. I do have the cargo cover. I also have a new (installed in nov) rear hatch seal.

Is this a part out or are you pending interest for the whole car? I need a near perfect passenger door glass.

It is a part out. I had hoped that some one would be interested in the whole, but it is a first come situation.

Do you believe the rear bumper shocks to be rust free? I have been searching for a set as well as a scratch/chip/haze free passenger door glass.

I know that the front bumber shocks were rust free, as far as I can tell the entire car is rust free.
