Default 318ti swap to m50

Hey guys I was wondering if I should swap my car to a m50 if it's worth it. There's this guy selling a whole swap for a $1500. And I'm planning on buying it should i ?? Any advice

6 cylinder swap on our cars is totally worth it.

However you can get m50 for less than $1500.

What's the difference between the m50 and m52? Or should I just save and swap it for the s50

Then you'll want a obdII motor.

S52 when you get the chance

How come obdII or how come s52?

Your car is already equiped with obdII electronics. If you want an easy and no headache swap, then you want an obdII motor. OBDI motors will work as well but more has to be done to make it work.

As per why s52, there is a lot of information about this motor in the internet.

No. I have an s50 motor from a 95 M3. Because my car is a 95 with OBDI electronics.

And yes it can be turboed or supercharged if you wish but i dont recommend it.

Keep it N/A.

Check craiglist. Local junk yard and etc.

Or find a cheap salvaged m3 sedan and buy it as a whole. Then youll have everything you have a complete swap.
