after a little looking around, found these at ireland engineering (www.bmw2002.com)

trans mounts (CATALOG: BMW 3' E36: E36 ENGINE: Transmission Mount - urethane)
https://secure11.nexternal.com/share...unt2=907676339

motor mounts (CATALOG: BMW 3' E36: E36 DRIVETRAIN: Motor Mount - Urethane - E36 318):
https://secure11.nexternal.com/share...unt2=907676339

EDIT:
rogue engineering
trans mounts:
http://www.rogueengineering.com/Merc...tegory_Code=TM

also, looking at the VAC website you linked to, i don't see the e36 318 or 318ti listed so i don't believe those motor mounts would work.
