Default Misfire on idle

Hi guys i've only just joined and need your help.My 318 ti sport has had a misfire mainly on tick over for months now and i cant get to the bottom of it.I've looked through the search but i've checked nearly everything. The car just shakes a little on idle,i put it on the computer at the garage and it came up with o2 sensor and camshaft sensor which i done and is still the same.I've tried plugs, leads, coil pack, fuel filter, cleaned the throttle body out and the idle control valve if that is the one on the face of the throttle body held on by 2 torque bolts and gasket-has a little metal flap inside.I've began thinking it maybe a breather problem, when you take the oil cap of it idles a bit rougher and also i get a slight bit of condensation on the dipstick.I cleaned out the breather on top going from the rocker to the crankcase breather valve and that had a little bit of condensation in there to.I then replaced the crankcase breather with a new one and still idles the same just dont know what to do next. When your driving it,its pretty un noticeable really with the odd splutter sometimes when you change gear and go back on the throttle or if your just lightly resting on the throttle but these dont happen very often.Any help would be appreciated thanks,Rich.

this is normal, the condensation in the crank case is not though, might have a small coolant leak internally but I don't think that's related to your running problem
