If you like it, do it. Just have a backup set of tails if you think youre going to get in trouble. If grand prixs, berrettas, etc. have those black out lenses made specifically their car, then why cant you do the same? Anyways, as long as youre turn signals are amber, reverse lights are white or illuminate white, and youre brake lights illuminate red, theyre still legal. __________________ 1995 Hellrot Clubsport 318ti -Gone 1996 Schwartz II Sport 357ti - 5.7L V8 LS1/6 1997 Moregrun Metallic 318ti - Gone 1998 Schwartz II sport 318ti - M50TUB25/5 | | | 03-03-2008, 09:38 PM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2006 Location: Southern California - Orange county Posts: 978 | i got a pair ill sell real cheap __________________ 1995 318ti Cosmos Black Bilsteins w/ H&R Sport, Depos w/ angeleyes and HID 5K, 50% short throw kit, Custom fogged intake, AC schnitzer pedels w/ deadpedels, leather stickshift knob, vitesse tuning Ebreak boot w/ shift boot, X-Brace, 325/328 brake upgrade, Gray millpoint leather and cloth interior, custom computer multimedia system, and Style 5 BBS 17" rims, M3 Mirrors, CF Hood | | | 03-03-2008, 09:53 PM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Boston, MA Posts: 1,152 | I would use the tint from Lamin-x to do the tail lights. It won't be too dark (1 layer) and can always go back to stock later on. | | | 03-03-2008, 09:55 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Eugene Oregon Posts: 6,182 | Quote: Originally Posted by StealthBimmer I would use the tint from Lamin-x to do the tail lights.
