Curt makes a hitch for the 318ti. The part number is 11175.

That could be form a outfit called Hidden Hitch,, hang on to your wallet this is gonna hurt....

I have that hitch and it's made by Da'Lan. I think it's now made by Curt as the 11175, as AnthonyK mentioned.

I didn't think those bike racks work with the hidden style receivers though. Most are designed for a horizontal receiver and this is vertical since it's hidden.

You would need to build a 90 degree adapter to hold the bike rack, would not be too tough...
