I've searched with no luck. Everyone seems to go auto to manual, but I want to stay auto.

It should work fine, yes. You may have to hybrid the driveshaft (M3 front, ti rear). If your ti is an auto now then you should have no problem doing it. It's just using the ZF auto ecu and most likely the same wiring harness. I would leave it in and just plug the ZF ecu up and BAM. It should work. Engine harness should be from an auto as well. And engine ecu should be from an auto m3. 👍 __________________
