i have 3 headliners, all are grey and sagged. You won't find a used one that is perfect because the glue does not last that long. you will either have to re-finish it or find one that was done not long ago. if you only need the cut out the material is glued to, i have them, all in perfect shape.
If you want one that is finished, you can do them yourself, or we can work something out where i will finish one for you and install it.
As for the latch, i would like to keep it with the hatchback. also, i think you will need to cut up some stuff to remove it. PM me with a price that you think is fair for the latch, and i will consider cutting up the hatch back to remove it.
