Default Little help plz?!

Ok so my right brake light was out i get a bulb put it in and now my car wont start??? I have power to everything but for some reason it wont even attempt to turn over... Anyone have any ideas? Im going to try disconnecting the battery to reset it now.... Thanks!

Thats the second person who said fuse 46 blew, and their car wouldn't start

apparently i blew another fuse because my left rear blinker went out too... Damnit!!!!
