I was really quite surprised at how easy the front end comes apart and the engine came out very easily, apart from snapped one bolt that holds the ARB which is going to be a pain, I think I'm going to have to drill the old bolt out and try to put another bolt in. Also changed the gear selector seal on the 2.8 finally and got that all back together All of the pulleys and the belt are now also back together after waiting for a metal pulley to arrive. New rad and clutch also came and will be fitting the clutch later today hopefully, I'm also painted my engine bay up a little just so it matches the car and looks a little cleaner cutting some of the old brackets out to that are not needed now. Will no doubt be a tonne of pictures to follow __________________ Follow me on Instagram @Mike_Wooding Last edited by minimike; 04-28-2015 at 09:47 AM. | | | 04-28-2015, 10:52 AM | #225 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2012 Location: West Bend, Wisconsin Posts: 1,055 | Glad to see some progress=) How tight of a fit were those carrier bushings into the carrier itself and then the fit on the trans? __________________ 95 318ti & 96 318ti Quote: Originally Posted by eurohb Im Jelly.. enough said. | Follow me on instagram: earlmeyeriii | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Thread Tools | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
