It's a shame cars are such a terrible investment. | | | 01-14-2008, 11:08 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: Detroit, MI Posts: 585 | It would have came with "M3" mirrors and it would have been OBDI if it was a club sport Plus what everyone else has said | | | 01-14-2008, 11:10 PM | #6 | Member Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: NH Posts: 79 | Well the guy did say he replaced the mirrors, I knew those weren't club sport originals just looking at them. | | | 01-14-2008, 11:13 PM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Eugene Oregon Posts: 6,182 | i just notcied he kept the battery in the front as well. __________________ -Josh Sold-1995 318ti, Club Sport, Hellrot Sold-1996 318ti, Active Model, Boston Green Current- 1995 318ti, sport model, schwartz | | | 01-15-2008, 12:13 AM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: nj Posts: 316 | he ditched the side moldings. i kinda like it. maybe a new trend with our cars!!! | | | 01-15-2008, 12:18 AM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Eugene Oregon Posts: 6,182 | it doesnt look all that bad with the clean no molding look. i was thinking about that last time i saw this to do to the red sport but never got around to it and dont have it anymore __________________ -Josh Sold-1995 318ti, Club Sport, Hellrot Sold-1996 318ti, Active Model, Boston Green Current- 1995 318ti, sport model, schwartz | | | 01-15-2008, 02:22 AM | #10 | Member Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: NH Posts: 79 | The side moldings always seem to make or break BMWs for me. Im really choosy too, even on specific models. I've seen them look terrible on some ti's and amazing on others. Maybe it's all angles, maybe there's a formula to certain cars that make them look good. I can't tell which I'd go with- on or off. That would be a good poll! | | | 01-15-2008, 02:28 AM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Eugene Oregon Posts: 6,182 | i would always lean towards on...... with m3 moldings of course. but of course my e30 has no trim and i like that clean look __________________ -Josh Sold-1995 318ti, Club Sport, Hellrot Sold-1996 318ti, Active Model, Boston Green Current- 1995 318ti, sport model, schwartz | | | 01-15-2008, 02:31 AM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | Quote: Originally Posted by thesk8nmidget but of course my e30 has no trim | lol, doesn't have a bumper either | | | 01-15-2008, 02:54 AM | #13 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | Good luck getting a rear diffuser for it. __________________ 4 MORE YEARS BABY!!! | | | 01-15-2008, 02:55 AM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Eugene Oregon Posts: 6,182 | shush you! its a little naked so what! i think shes still hot! __________________ -Josh Sold-1995 318ti, Club Sport, Hellrot Sold-1996 318ti, Active Model, Boston Green Current- 1995 318ti, sport model, schwartz | | | 01-15-2008, 02:58 AM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | Quote: Originally Posted by JakeNotCliff I would pay through the nose for this car if I could afford it! | fyi, "paying through the nose" means you can't afford it, just sayin' | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | Similar Threads | Thread | Thread Starter | Forum | Replies | Last Post | Exhaust Nuts?
