Default Part number needed: rear parcel shelf strings.

All, I am looking for the part number for the strings that lift the rear parcel shelf. One of my plastic clips on the end of the string broke. It looks like one phillips screw is all that secures the string to the shelf. Can't find the part number anywhere.

Has anybody replaced just the string without replacing the whole shelf? Thanks in advance!

P.S. my shelf/strings are black.

My local parts guy said strings are not sold separately - gonna have to get creative. Try a fabric, sewing, craft-type place.

EDIT: Good to see 51-46-8-204-622 or 623 are still available.

Looks like a long shoe lace would work just as well.

I'm disappointed. I thought surely YOU would know that the correct answer is "black tie line"... the standard stuff used on any stage in the world.
