PA Feeler: 1997 318ti white

Hey kids, I am thinking about selling my 318. Prices seem to be all over the place. So I am Looking for suggestions for an asking price. 148k, fresh tires, brake pads and rotors. I am the 2nd owner, the car having spent much of it's life in VA it is pretty clean. The bad? No AC, dent in front grill, two missing roundels, headliner not toooo bad.
