For Sale ~ 1996 BMW 318ti **$ Nokian Hakkapeliitta snow tires included!**
I’m selling my 318ti because a MINI Cooper finally stole my heart.
It’s in excellent shape mechanically and the exterior and interior look great. It’s been lovingly and regularly maintained. I have all service records since 2003, when I bought it. It also has a clean Car Fax, which is available for free upon request.

I’m the 2nd owner, a non-smoker and have never raced the car or added mods. The entire car is stock, except the radio. It was garage-kept its entire life until this past year. I have the original owners manuals, too.
Maintenance and Repairs:
I’ve kept all records since 2003. All work was done by foreign car mechanics or the dealer. Repairs over the past 5 ½ years include: drivers side window regulator, oxygen sensor, catalytic converter, fuel pump, power steering hose, engine drive belts, and coil springs.
According to my mechanic, the car needs nothing right now. It’s got lots of pep, and is a blast to drive. The clutch is smooth and powerful.
Body:
Because of a golf-ball-sized hail storm last fall, I had body work and PDR done. Except for a few small scratches, the paint/body looks nearly brand new. Only two tiny rust spots –one on the right rear corner and one on the right ¼ panel. No evidence of rust elsewhere. Rear bumper absorbers and cover were replaced when an 81-year old bumped me from behind 2 years ago. No major damage.
Other Little Not-So-Great Things:
Leatherette shifter boot has a few small tears. Door stereo speakers are dead (bad wires?), but the back ones work fine. Tailpipe is crooked and has been since I got the car. One plastic fog light filler piece on the front bumper is missing.
Overall:
I’ve loved this car since the day I bought it. It’s sporty, dependable and fun. It’s in really great shape for being 12 years old, and I get compliments all the time about it. I hate to see it go, but I hope that someone out there who loves it as much as me will take care of it and enjoy it for a long time.
Thanks for looking!
