17 x 8.5" with an offset of 40 won't fit front and back on an unlowered Ti, will it?

they will but there will be some rubbing, if you roll the fenders it will reduce the rubbing a little, but really there is no need for the 8.5's unless you have a m3 swap and cant get traction. but they would look sick though
