Default Need more low

So I put some h&r race springs on my ti and love it but I need more low. I plan on doing an m52 swap soonish, before I do any more suspension work, and was wondering what some opinions were on a good suspension set up with that motor and with the plan on going low. Also, does anyone have any experience with the ireland engineering camber plate kit? Like how many degrees of adjustment do you get etc. Here is a link: http://www.achillesmotorsports.com/I...e-arck-e30.htm
