Default A.C. not blowing cold air

Hello everyone! I need help on diagnosing my A.C. system. I have no idea what could be wrong with it. The system blows air and the heater works fine. The problem is that the A.C. does not blow cold air. I tried recharging the system twice without any changes. I would like to know what is wrong with it before taking it to the shop where most likely they will rip me off.

Thanks, Gio

I guess my first questions would be: How did you recharge the system; how much freon did you put in it; and did you use gauges to tell you how pressurized the system was/wasn't?

I recharged it with freon you can get at walmart or autozone. I tried recharging it twice and with no results. Last time i checked the pressure was in the red zone but Im not completly sure. Could it be that i need a new condenser?

Red is too high. It's supposed to be in the blue. Too high is the same as too low. IIRC
