I have a Eurospec 1998 318ti and I need to fix my suspension. However, i do not know the difference between the european suspension and US suspension, if there is any? I want to make sure I order the correct parts. Can I order either? Will it work? I'm looking at the struts -US Specific I think - Monroe 71516 and 71515 or - EU Specific I think - Monroe E7032 Please, any help will be appreicated. | | | 02-26-2015, 05:16 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: Wichita Falls, Texas Posts: 1,364 | If it were mine I would put Sachs or Bilstein struts on the car. Monroe's are pretty soft by most accounts. Good luck with the project. Hope it helps! __________________ 1997 318ti 5-speed Moreagrün 1996 318ti auto Hellrot (retired) | | | 02-26-2015, 08:00 AM | #4 | Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2015 Location: Belgium Posts: 6 | Quote: Originally Posted by jca If it were mine I would put Sachs or Bilstein struts on the car.
