I'm pretty picky and I was happy with how it turned out compared to the couple of new pieces I had to install because they were missing, but was too cheap to buy all new pieces and painted the old ones. Let me know how it goes. I still need to swap that exhaust out... __________________ 96 Schwartz II 318ti M-Sport with M44 *SOLD* 95 Hellrot Red 318ti with S52 Swap (Mine) 94 Boston Green 325i Saloon with M50TU (Hers) 68 White VW Bus Camper (Parts Bus) 71 Pink VW Bus Westfalia (The fixer upper) | | | 10-14-2011, 06:05 AM | #1730 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2009 Location: Orange County, CA Posts: 2,019 | Pulled the gauge cluster out, cleaned the interior, Fixed steering wheel, Black mod Glass projector lights (DIY Soon) Rewired the car, waiting for new parts to arrive :*( | | | 10-15-2011, 06:02 AM | #1731 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2010 Location: Oakland Posts: 187 | black mod headlights? This is the third car I've put them on and I've never had any problems. The specific improvements this time are no more rubbing when turning tightly, no more shake in the steering wheel, and no more clunk when I first brake. Beyond that, the steering's probably a bit sharper. There's a bit more NVH over rough pavement and bumps, but nothing too horrible. | | | 10-17-2011, 04:57 AM | #1740 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2010 Location: Oakland Posts: 187 | my wife's 325i sedan has serious steering wheel shake sometimes when I brake hard, it has stock control arm bushings. I'll prolly put some M3 ones in like I did on my 332ti... __________________ 96 Schwartz II 318ti M-Sport with M44 *SOLD* 95 Hellrot Red 318ti with S52 Swap (Mine) 94 Boston Green 325i Saloon with M50TU (Hers) 68 White VW Bus Camper (Parts Bus) 71 Pink VW Bus Westfalia (The fixer upper) | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 16 (0 members and 16 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
