WTB: 318ti in/near Maryland

Pretty straight forward...looking for a 318ti in nice condition. Low miles preferable. Interior and exterior must be good, but as long as there is 0 rust, exterior condition can be kind of average.

Car must run perfect mechanically. Must be a 5 speed. I'd like to see some with options, Sport/Active/Clubsport/M is certainly good, but even so, I'm open to any offers.

In the Annapolis area, but I'm willing to do some traveling if the car and price are right.

we have a 95 318ti with almost new M3 motor (3,500k), Full M body kit, Factory spoiler, new 3.15 ratchet diff., M3 front brakes, Really short shifter, Black/Black, M3 dash, CIA. Car was listed on E-bay in November but buyer claimed he did not get permission from his wife and backed out. Asking $13,500. This is a really nice and fast car.
