Post WTB: 318ti

...i am currently looking to buy a 318ti as my next car in the next few months. however, i am still undecided as to what year or what package i would want. so far i've eliminated the 1995 because of the smaller engine by 0.1 litres. so i guess i'm looking for either a '96 or a '97. the only reason i say those two is because my insurance goes up the newer the car is. other than that, i have nothing really against the '98 and the '99...

...as far as other things besides the year, i would like a manual tranny. a sunroof would be preferable, but not completely necessary. and the cali open roof is not something i want either. i would like something mostly stock just so that this can be my "learning car" (as i call it). i'm planning doing performance work on it left and right with my two friends who have m3's (one an e30 and the other an e36). and don't worry. i'm in no way going to let it turn into a little rice rocket. stupid ricers...

...reply to this post if you have any general info on the 318ti or even if you have one for around 8 that you're selling. thanks...

I believe that was the date. Vented rotors is an easy mod.
You can find used calipers and carriers, rebuild them, then get new rotors and pads.

Don't limit yourself to +4/98 on that reason alone.
