WTB:rust free 318ti 5spd in or near ohio

Hello everyone. I have not been on the forum for a few years since I sold my 98 Cali top. Looking to get back into a ti! (I know I should have never sold it!) Looking for a solid rust free ti. Must be manual transmission. Looking for m package as well. Doesn't have to be a Cali top like my previous. In ohio or a reasonable drive. Thanks for any leads!

I'm selling my black '97 5 speed. I'm a 20 min. drive from Toledo on US 23, Deerfield MI. It has a little surface rust but nothing substantial. It does need some work but a good candidate for restoration. I'm at work right now so I can't give you the exact milage but it's around 160,000. I've replaced the driveshaft, A arms, front rotors. I have the rear rotors but have not installed them. It has the tipical fluid leaks for these cars. asking $3500.

Thanks. Definitely not to far of a drive. Not too concerned with mileage as I am with the body. Being a mechanic I'd much rather deal with mechanical problems than body work. I'd like to see a few pictures especially of the small rust spots when you have time. Thanks!

I have a 1997 Red Cali version if you're interested. Just bought it last year from a guy who drove it up from Florida. No rust at all. Rear bumper might need a spray of clear, but otherwise very nice. Gray leather interior in great shape. 158k miles, but I also have a spare engine if you want. Two sets of tires (summer and winter). I drove it through this past winter, but washed it religiously to protect from snow and salt. Location Holland, MI. About 4 hour drive.
