Default stock diff is weird...

the stock diff on my 96 318ic is really weird when I luanch in a straight line both wheels spin evenly and when its warm out both wheels spin when I turn this confuses me because i have done the LSD test and when spun one wheel the other didnt spin at all if its not a LSD why do both spin evenly almost all the time?

Because its not limited slip. It's posi-track....both wheels spin all the time if you HAVE ASC OFF. ASC keeps your wheels from slipping, so if you give it gas in a turn it often only keeps one wheel from spinning.
