I'm new here Hi, I'm Jen. I figured that I would join here since I picked up a 96 ti 2 weeks ago. It's an automatic (not fond of) with 118k miles on it. The original thing about the ti that intrigued me is the rarity I guess. Not many sold & not many still around. I even had a 20ish year old guy at work comment on those things the other day. The carfax was clean, but I am pretty sure I just bought a ton of someone else's problems. I had autozone run the codes & it's throwing about 6. yikes. The main one i'm concerned with is the one mentioned either here or on another forum being the "kiss of death" aka P0600. I've got the others under control. Anyways, I mainly drive my scion. I've got an 81 mustang that is only used on dirt track. I used to have an E36, 5 series, but traded that in. I decided to pay to sponsor the forum, because i'm pretty sure that i'll be reading here ALOT in order to get my ti up to par. It drives fine........I already know that it needs back breaks because I had it up on a lift to inspect all of it's underbody beauty last week. First things first........get the CEL OFF!!!! like just dissapear already. Last edited by bmwjen; 04-22-2016 at 07:59 PM. |
