Day 3 the Engine Bay

Going to rewire all half A$$ wiring jobs (yes I did them in the past) and put them in black hose chases. Install all new wiring for gauge package to new gauges in cabin. Clean and wax anything that is painted in the engine bay. Also on the list today is Throttle Body to SC manifold port match

The motor is up the road from my house at the shipping center. I'm calling dispatch @ 6am and if it's not on a truck for delivery I'm showing up @ 8 in a pick-up truck

lol, don't you love that. The package sits 5 miles away and takes all day to get to you.

Worst then that their scheduled delivery date was Monday the 29th to my residence due to the holidays. I already talked to them this evening and they were pretty cool about it and said call Steve at 6am and if he couldn't put it on a truck be there at 8 am and they would fort lift it on my truck for me. So I will have it at my house by tomorrow and in the car with transmission, exhaust, driveline installed before I go to bed. Then Wednesday I need to go to the dealer at noon for a flywheel crank sensor, A/C idler pulley and exhaust collector gasket. Then finish the install of the top half...all sensor wiring, accessories, S/C, injection, etc. I will most likely have it started by mid afternoon, the rings broke in and the first oil change by Wednesday night and ready for normal driving by Christmas morning. I could have picked it up today but I didn't know it arrived this morning at the local shipping center

The wait is finally over and this is where the rubber meets the road. I already charged the camera and notifed my gopher to be here after work tomorrow and at noon on Wednesday. Houston all systems are go

Have you decided what you're gonna do for the FI? Are you gonna keep the DASC for now and go turbo later on, or just keep the DASC?
