I'm in the process of upgrading to e46 325 300mm rotors in the front. I have a question.

If I read this thread correctly

http://318ti.org/forum/showthread.php?t=29763

The front calipers on:
e46 330i = 57mm
e36 m3 = 60mm
318ti = 54mm

Does anyone know what the stock piston size is on a e46 325i?

If I recall correctly going with a bigger front caliper piston makes the pedal squishier. So to do this correctly you'll need the m3 master cylinder.

Any help is appreciated.

I have heard the same, but I put M3 brakes on my 325 with no noticeable change in pedal feel.

did you use both the calipers and the master cylinder?

+1 Same, the pedal was just as nice as stock.
