I haven't seen any discussion about the revival of the ti badge. Before you get your hopes up it is not coming to the states, but it does seem like a serious GTI competition. ~250 Hp detuned B48 2.0L I4 Turbo FWD. The I3 versions (no ti badging) have a standard manual, but the 128ti has no manual options at the moment. Thoughts on the ti side skirt sticker and center console stitching? It slots in right under the M135i that has the same B48 with AWD.

Then that means you didn't get to the part about the older ti models.

I’m sure it’ll be fine for the majority of people who buy it as a daily commuter, but I would pass, as FWD being one of the main reasons.

For myself next daily I would like is Model 3 performance.

I kinda disagree with the Ti badges on this one. Sure, my car only has one Ti badge, but it also has 138 hp.


I counted an easy 4 Ti badges on this Honda and I can only assume that when one opens each door a Ti shall be projected upon the ground. That makes 8. It'd clearly be presumptuous of of me to assume badging under the hood so I shant.

So nevermind the lack of doughnuts, drifting, and fun factor of RWD.......this thing only has 31 HP per Ti! ....an embarrassment.

That's nice they came out with a new Ti, but it's wrong they made it FWD.

An M135 would peak my interest not that it will ever make it to the US.
Is a torsen diff enough to prevent torque-steer?
I can feel a bit of torque-steer in my 2003 Mini Cooper S.

I wouldn't be dead against a FWD car. Before buying my 2016 M235i, I was considering a Mazda.

I concur with this.

BMW owns MINI for FWD cars. Leave the roundel cars alone! They used to own Land-Rover for off-road and SUVs (then sold after stealing the hill-decent technology).

And it has sooooo many doors! I don't need a "compact" sedan!

If it was AWD, had two doors and a hatch, you'd have my interest. Even if the engine was sideways like an Audi.
