Default M1 Steering Wheel in Ti

So I've been deciding on how to spend my Christmas money and was thinking of getting a new steering wheel. The e36 m3 variants popped into my head and thought about it. However we do have a never used M1 steering wheel. I was wondering if there would be any way to use this wheel in the ti. Thanks and pictures will be available later January as it's currently in Germany.

If you're referring to the E26 M1, I'd imagine it has a coarse spline hub and won't work on the e36 as is. With enough money anything can be done. Read about Rod's project to fit a fine spline hub on his coarse spline car, about 1/2-way down this page: http://mysite.verizon.net/vze7aq8e/id23.html

Thanks for the link. I'll have to try and get some information on the wheel and see what may be needed. Yes it is for the e26 M1, which makes info on it difficult to get. I just don't want to ruin the wheel and if possible have a solid connection between the car and wheel. This may end up being a rather difficult little project and honestly the wheel isn't that good looking from a driving standpoint. But heck it's free.
