Default STUPID WINDOW!

Well I replaced the slider clips in my passenger window and cleaned the rails as well. Feeling all proud of myself I went about my day. Later that evening I had been using the window with no problems when I went to run the window up. There was a pop and the window fell forward. I stopped pulled the window up in place since i was out on the road until I got home. Upon pulling the panel off and looking in the door I found the arm that rides in the c-channel track no longer held in place. The round bushing that rides in the track had broken off of the post on the arm. There's no way to just replace that bushing is there? I know probably sounds dumb but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Thanks.
