is it true that the american spec m3 e36 is a bored out 328 engine with no throttle boddies and only makes 210bhp,have bmw done this because the american market cant drive very well?????????

iv just done the m3 engine into a compact...
iv just done the m3 engine into a compact conversion and its brilliant..not nose heavy at all..very very well balanced and goes like a rocket.....

got the 1.6 engine out today and the 3L sat in on...
got the 1.6 engine out today and the 3L sat in on its mounts..the gear linkage and the clutch slave cylinder are done......
